Read the community guidelinesRecognized the company's intentions within less than three days of starting.
During mass recruitment, they said there would be labor and health insurance and bonuses for the three major holidays. After I started, they immediately came clean and said that the company was actually looking to hire foreign workers, so all employees would be subject to foreign-worker conditions. There were no three holiday bonuses, and if you were unhappy, you were told to resign voluntarily. Female employees were required to carry heavy objects weighing up to 50 kilograms. When employees asked whether they could use auxiliary equipment, the supervisor directly refused. Can I interpret that as, "If you get crushed to death, that's your problem"?
They are clearly trying to force everyone to quit, then complain to the government that they cannot find suitable employees and hire foreign workers at low wages.
This kind of company disgusts me.
