The company is currently looking for scapegoats to send to Vietnam. If a job applicant declines the offer, the Taipei HR representative, L, will notify the applicant’s current employer that the applicant wants to change companies, causing the applicant to be fired by their original employer.
Cons
After Taiwanese employees go to Vietnam and get the company’s operations on track, they are discarded once they have served their purpose and immediately fired.
