Like a mad dog, they treat only their own standards as everything, with absolutely no communication, let alone coordination. In other words, they act like an emperor of their own domain. They cannot even handle data 📊 and only pressure other departments. They also frequently criticize employees behind their backs and constantly pull petty tricks, scolding employees like dogs. Unless you can tolerate unreasonable verbal abuse—or have lost all sense—think twice before joining.
