1. Completely disregards the Labor Standards Act; whether you can leave work or take leave depends entirely on the supervisor's preferences.
2. They do everything possible to convert the bonuses you are entitled to into various forms to avoid making labor insurance and pension contributions.
3. If performance is poor and products cannot be sold, it is always the fault of frontline employees. Not allowing you to leave work or take time off is simply considered a necessary measure.
It seems to be quite well-known, but that's only how it seems...

During the interview, the supervisor already demonstrated behavior that violated the Gender Equality in Employment Act. Once they found out you were preparing to conceive, they treated it as if you had committed a grave offense. Even the most basic respect was beyond the customer service department supervisor—how are they supposed to handle customer service???
The supervisor only raises their voice at subordinates in an emotional manner and will not tolerate subordinates smiling, as if the whole world had wronged them and only they were allowed to be happy. They even nitpick basic emotional interjections. There was no preparation for training, only remedial measures afterward, and they questioned trivial matters.... I do not recommend working under that kind of supervisor.
