Aside from the base salary, there are no clear rules for perfect-attendance bonuses or other bonuses; it all depends on the owner's mood.
Hourly workers do not have annual leave or a year-end party, and the year-end bonus is also given at the owner's discretion, with no set rules.
Full-time employees are asked to sign a waiver upon joining. Essentially, it states that if the company is performing poorly, if machinery can replace labor, or for other similar reasons, you may be asked to resign voluntarily.
Basically, once you join, you are stuck with the basic salary, with no possibility of a raise. Unless you get promoted, but that is difficult.
You will be expected to learn every position and perform every duty at the store; there are no fixed job responsibilities.
For example: warehouse inventory handling, stocking merchandise in the store, customer service, cashier duties, and so on.
There is a high turnover rate.
The store manager's management style and the training provided to new warehouse employees can make people feel very uncomfortable.
