1. Before you are even hired, they ask whether they can photocopy your ID card and certifications, and have you fill in your ID number on the application form on site.
2. The interviewing manager or on-site manager(?) was not very clear about the job responsibilities and seemed unwilling to discuss them further.
3. The interview took place in the office area... It is hard to believe the company does not have a meeting room.
4. The entire interview felt like they were asking you to reveal all your cards, while they were not very willing to show you what cards they had.
5. The job openings were all mixed together. In the end, a position advertised as being at a fixed location turned into one that also required traveling to other places.
6. The salary structure and benefits were presented only on a single A4 sheet, which you could glance at for a few minutes while filling out the application. They clearly did not seem interested in explaining them to you.
Overall, the interview process seemed to be merely about finding out the extent of your willingness to accept things and where your bottom line was, while they were not very interested in revealing what they could offer you.
