The site supervisor and big boss only ever say YES to clients.

You can’t see any professionalism or evidence that they’ve worked in 3PL.

They constantly take the clients’ side and attack internally.

Hahaha, seriously—100 points.

Everyone else just makes all kinds of demands.

But honestly, if the work budget were unlimited, it would be: whatever you want, we’ll give you.

The problem is, does a company like that exist?

If you don’t improve yourself, I’m not going to move the money—where is it supposed to come from?

And then, for the exact same things, sometimes there’s a procurement process and sometimes there isn’t.

Is this COMPLIANCE, or what???

So exhausting—and does anyone here actually have 3PL experience?

Endless questions.

Flexible working hours

The salary is relatively high compared with others in the same industry

Serious seniority-based behavior

No patience when training new employees

The Taoyuan supervisor can't manage it

The Taichung warehouse has virtually no system...

The full-time employees are difficult to get along with
