Read the community guidelines1. Good interaction among colleagues; there are no communication barriers between supervisors and subordinates.
(This company's owner, supervisors, and colleagues are all genuinely great—highly recommend.)
2. No strange cliques.
3. There is an annual bonus, bonuses and gift money for the three major holidays, additional gift boxes, and salary adjustments twice a year. Great.
4. Sincere employee trips and employee gatherings.
5. No surveillance cameras, which adds to the sense of being trusted.
6. You won't starve in this line of work; it's very stable.
1. Overtime pay is not calculated according to the Labor Standards Act (the formula is: hours × 1.3), and it was not changed after communication.
2. Because of the nature of the work, frequent overtime is required to meet project deadlines. Exhausting.
3. Regarding the previous point, the company does not hesitate to take on projects. There is no distinction between the off-season and peak season—the work is simply exhausting.
4. Headphones are not allowed during working hours.
