The SMD section manager is a nice person.
Cons
After joining SMD, it’s best not to get too closely aligned with Chen X-an. This person’s personality is unpredictable and they will also set numerous traps for you to fall into. Also, when you resign, if there are holidays afterward, they won’t pay you for them, so even if you work an entire month, holiday pay will still be deducted.
