Pros
The boss was quite polite to the interviewee.
They explained the job duties and salary structure very clearly.
They also took me to the workplace to help me understand the working conditions.
It feels like a company that is very willing to invest in and nurture new employees.
Cons
The interview location lacked a bit of privacy.
