Pros
At the beginning and middle of every month, there are offerings of chicken cutlets, fruit, and cookies available to eat. Occasional gatherings are held. Taking leave is very convenient.
Cons
You have to attend morning meetings and clean the toilets. The factory equipment is old, and the boss and colleagues have traditional mindsets that cannot be changed. Salary increases are slow. It is suitable for people who are not short of money and are looking to work until retirement.
