I left after two weeks.
1. There is no clocking in or out; you have to handwrite your start and end times yourself.
2. The manager has very poor emotional control. In the office, they call employees by banging on the desk, which is extremely similar to calling a dog. If you don't hear it or don't immediately go into the office, they will lose their temper with you.
3. During the interview, they said overtime was voluntary. However, after joining, if you leave on time, you may be asked whether you have finished your work. If you actually work overtime, they then say you don't have to stay and work late with them. Do they want people to work overtime or not?
4. Before leaving work, you still have to say goodbye to the manager before you can leave the office. Speechless.
5. There is an underground parking lot for motorcycles and cars, but every employee has an assigned parking space. As a new employee, you still have to park in the public parking spaces outside.
6. After leaving the company, when it was time to pay my wages, HR contacted me and asked me to add them on LINE so I could provide my bank account details for the salary transfer. After I added them on LINE, they neither read nor replied, and I don't know whether their private messages are locked or what. I still had to contact them directly by phone. All I can say is that their efficiency is extremely poor.
You can make friends who will stand by you through thick and thin
(Already resigned) A two-faced company—Hong Sheng says no one dares claim to be number one at being second.
Before joining, I recommend finding a veteran employee to cover for you; then work will go smoothly💕
No overtime pay, and even taking compensatory leave depends on whose favor you're in~
Once you get going, working overtime until 11 p.m. or midnight is also common~ It's as if all employees live upstairs with the boss anyway~
When a supervisor takes their children out from the worksite, neither of them has to take leave. How lucky❤
If you don't have a face (關) or connection (係), they'll do everything they can to get rid of you—even accuse you of things you never did! Their children can keep taking leave, but you can't 😠
The rules change from morning to night. The same thing may pass when given to Department A, but when A passes it to Department B, B will question you about why you made it this way 🤔
Even though it was clearly made according to the rules provided by A~~why is it suddenly wrong~~
A bunch of redundant employees who got in through connections do no work and lie around until retirement
Well, the more capable you are, the more work you get—until you work yourself to exhaustion 😘
Externally, they'll say how great the company is and how high the salaries are.
In reality, it's all the old hands making money. Newcomers want a share of the pie? Get lost 🤡
You are still welcome to join the antiquated Hong Sheng happy family❤
