Pros

The pressure at work is very high.

Cons

The boss is very selfish. When he makes a mistake, he always has an explanation for it, but when a colleague makes a mistake, he treats it as though they have committed an unforgivable crime. Going to work every day is a form of torture.

The entire company, from top to bottom, listens only to the boss and follows his orders. Personal opinions are not allowed. Every month, the boss takes money out of the company, refuses to pay employees overtime, and requires employees to be on call 24 hours a day. If you fail to answer his call, be prepared to be interrogated as soon as you arrive at work the next day.

The boss has extremely poor emotional intelligence and curses at employees at the slightest provocation. As if insulting employees were not enough, he also curses at customers. He does everything he can to withhold employees’ year-end bonuses and is extremely stingy. He would rather not order Uber Eats or Foodpanda and makes employees buy his lunch for him just to save on delivery fees.

He is always switching between the roles of boss and salesperson. He never carefully reads any of the documents given to him. Anything he overlooks or gets wrong is blamed on the employees.

Employee turnover is extremely high. Almost no one can stay for more than a year. Those who work there for two years become physically and mentally exhausted and have to see a psychiatrist. The boss also uses emotional blackmail.

Coming to work here is basically an act of charity.
