Being able to leave work on time
Cons
Working more than eight hours does not come with overtime pay, let alone compensatory time off.
If your supervisor sends you to assist a client, don’t even think about leaving work on time.
Among the departments I’ve worked in, the most senior colleague was the one who got taken advantage of the worst.
