Pros
Fixed working hours, with little need for overtime.
Cons
A family-owned business with low pay and no promotion or salary-increase system. Annual leave must be requested three working days in advance (at first, it was said to require one month’s advance notice); if something comes up unexpectedly, you can only take personal leave. No matter what type of leave you request, the boss loves asking about the reason. Even bereavement leave is questioned without exception, including asking whether it really needs to be taken for that many days.
