Pros
Most of the interview was spent listening to the boss share his own work experience. It wasn't serious, and there was a dog.
Cons
The office environment was extremely dirty and messy. Even in the height of summer, the air conditioning was not turned on for employees. Every employee had to report to the boss before entering or leaving the office.
