A whole bunch of useless meetings
You have to clean in the morning (if there’s no money, hire a cleaner)
You also have to check the condition of your workspace. Once, I was fined because there was a tissue in the trash can one morning.
The reason was that the trash can is not allowed to contain trash.
You basically have to make all the samples yourself as part of your official duties.
They constantly brainwash you into becoming a salesperson.
When you move from engineering to sales, they don’t care whether you live or die and provide you with no resources at all.
