Read the community guidelines1. Internal employees are easy to get along with.
2. We often get to sample (new) pizzas.
3. The starting salary is higher than average. There is no perfect-attendance bonus. Birthday leave means choosing any one day within the seven days before or after your birthday to take paid leave.
1. You take on multiple roles, and every day brings a new challenge.
2. It is a responsibility-based system, and only certain departments receive overtime pay.
3. The company’s internal thinking is old-fashioned, and its poor work efficiency cannot be improved.
1. The three holiday bonuses are half a month’s salary each, and the Lunar New Year bonus is one month’s salary.
2. Administrative positions at the headquarters do not often require overtime. Working hours are 09:00–18:00, with holidays off, and a monthly salary of 32,000.
3. The interview conversation was fairly pleasant, and quite a few suggestions were provided during the one-hour interview.
1. Phone calls kept coming in and interrupting the interview, which felt disrespectful.
2. They kept emphasizing that the position’s salary did not meet the interviewee’s requirements.
3. I arrived at the company early and stood at the entrance for a long time without anyone attending to me; the staff were all chatting.
This only reviews Domino's Pizza Shaoli Co., Ltd. (franchise store).
1. Although the store is listed on Panda, deliveries are actually still handled by in-store staff. It is said that the head office (Taipei) subsidizes staff with a NT$10 bonus for each delivery, but franchise stores basically do not offer this benefit.
2. No staff meals are provided. Employees receive a 15% discount when dining at the store. If food is discarded, management would rather pour it into the food-waste bin than let employees eat it.
3. A results-based work system. Regardless of whether you actually took a break during your shift, half an hour's wages will be deducted if you work four hours, and one hour's wages will be deducted if you work eight hours, on the grounds that “this is required by the Labor Standards Act.”
4. Some branches have employees sell pizzas outside. Full-time employees may be transferred to other stores for support.
Conclusion: The benefits are extremely poor. Think carefully before taking a job there.
