Read the community guidelinesIt's okay; there is a chance of being selected to attend training at the headquarters.
Probably a certain female colleague, especially in a certain understaffed department, likes to manipulate things behind the scenes and get people to act as pawns and play the bad cop. Although I had heard that being a labor welfare committee member was itself a lousy job, I didn't realize how outrageous it really was until after I took part… Why do they have to tamper with the process? If you don't join their side and raise questions, they call you a man-child.
And with something like voting, there are actually people who can make their own judgment and adjust the results instead of conducting a new investigation.
None at all….
I received an interview invitation, replied that I was interested in interviewing, and asked whether there were any convenient dates the following week. In the end, they showed absolutely no intention of replying. Then why did you send an interview invitation in the first place?
Office workers—if there’s nothing to do, you just leave.
Small salary increases… The office has an open-plan layout, and bored colleagues next to you will poke their heads over to see what you’re doing. The chairs are terrible and can’t be adjusted directly—you have to bend over and turn a hand crank. The chair-to-desk proportions are extremely unhealthy, and you even have to pay out of pocket for a backrest and a small footstool.
None haha
Low pay. Overtime. In Japan, they often wait until just before clocking out to dump work on you! So annoying…
Most of the company's employees are women ==, and there are so many schemers!!!
Take the employee trip, for example: the veterans invite you to their group, and if you don't participate, they'll make snide remarks about you behind your back. It makes me furious just thinking about it!
Especially one particular short-haired, exceptionally tall woman in a four-person department—she's incredibly good at stabbing people in the back…
After becoming the chairperson, I don't know what she was being so arrogant about. She even said she didn't want to manage the employee trip and only wanted to make sure the Japan tour group she organized went well?!?!
I'm already about to resign, yet you still make snide remarks about me. I really can't understand you. I really want to tell you, you old hag.
The benefits are average, the work is straightforward, and you can leave on time.
The starting salary is extremely low… and after three years, the increase has been minimal.
