1. You can arrange your own leave, so the schedule is relatively flexible.
2. The boss is a good person, respects employees, provides everything that should be provided, and is forward-thinking.
3. Employee training and support for obtaining professional certifications; for example, the company paid all the costs for my certification.
Cons
1. I hope the year-end bonus can be a little higher!
2. Business trips are required, and occasionally you may have to travel to more distant cities or counties. (That's life.)
