They pay salaries

It is a very small family-owned company, and the boss manages it with traditional thinking. They often think they treat their employees very well and have an extremely positive opinion of themselves.
They also frequently try to undercut salaries. No matter how much salary you ask for, they will definitely bargain it down. They also expect you to do work for different companies, but the fundamentals of planning are not handled well. No one organizes or produces planning documents; they say a few words, throw over a few images, and expect the design to be produced.
They reluctantly entered e-commerce because it is the trend of the times, but they are doing it mindlessly. They do not learn either, and think that spending a little money should produce results ten or a hundred times greater. However, the overall supporting arrangements are incomplete, and then they blame everyone and everything else while refusing to accept suggestions.
