The boss's thinking is far too old-fashioned and outdated.
Relying on connections from past projects, they spend every day fantasizing about taking on major projects.
I just want to ask: with the entire company consisting of only the boss, the boss's wife, one planner, and one editor,
how are they supposed to take on projects from large companies?
Moreover, the company has no clear direction for development,
yet still expects that poor planner to be able to do everything.
I advise everyone not to join and waste your time.

High employee turnover, an extremely emotional boss, and a sweatshop-style business model. The company has no clear direction or future, and there are records of failing to enroll employees in labor and health insurance. Please think twice before applying.

The employee turnover is quite high—on average, one person leaves each month—so the work environment is very unstable.
They are quite friendly to new employees at first, but over time, you will understand what it means that people's true character is revealed with time. The entire company is a classic example of “fine on the outside but rotten within,” with the added description of being absurd.
