They are very prone to delaying salary payments, taking advantage of employees’ understanding. On payday, they do not proactively explain how late the payment will be, and employees have to ask... Their mindset is basically, “It will definitely be paid anyway; however long it’s delayed is just ‘a little while.’” But for employees, it’s an unknown situation...
