The assistant accounting manager has a lot of authority and has made the atmosphere at work unpleasant. Employees cannot chat with each other—not even for one minute. They will report every little thing about you to higher-ups and supervisors. If you become friendly with colleagues from other departments, be careful, as they may become unhappy.
The accounting supervisor felt very different during the interview compared with after joining the company; they became distant.
