Certain veteran office-based managers are difficult to communicate with, and there are frequent issues where they maliciously make lower-level employees take the blame;
Employees in positions without immediate, tangible output are often forced to take over the duties of multiple different positions.
I cannot sense any future for this company. I do not recommend that anyone who lacks patience or wants to stay until retirement attempt to apply for any position at this company.
