Sales representatives receive a fuel allowance of NT$1 per kilometer, with no sales commission. After I resigned, I ran into a colleague who had joined around the same time and was still employed there. They said the boss had said: “The sales commission of NT$500 for that sales representative who resigned doesn’t need to be paid anymore.”
NT$500? That’s not even enough to cover my fuel costs for three days!
Working there is just suffering for nothing.
There is no overtime pay. In any case, benefits were severely cut after the chairman changed. Think twice before applying!
