Ms. Lin Fenghuang is truly the company's biggest problem. She can't stand seeing others do well, likes to take advantage of people, and likes to gossip about and disparage colleagues behind their backs. She speaks in a very sarcastic tone, and no one on-site or in the office likes her. Yet she is very good at currying favor and flattering people, and is the chairman's favorite. During my employment, at least three colleagues were forced out by her. If the position you are applying for involves working directly with this woman, please think carefully.
