The general manager was quite sincere in introducing the work environment and job responsibilities.
Cons
The interview went fine overall, but the moment we discussed the salary, things changed. I originally asked for 35K, but the response was that they would start by offering 32K, and then adjust it based on performance, with a bonus range of 3,000. Perform well and it would increase; perform poorly and it would decrease. It sounds pretty good, but—hello?—so you're really only offering me 32K, huh? Do you think I'm stupid?
They’re quite skilled at wordplay, so anyone thinking of working there should think twice.
