The job responsibilities cover everything, and everyone is expected to be a jack-of-all-trades. The production line is very dirty, but that is a minor issue. The biggest problem is those terrifying first-line supervisors. Whenever they have nothing to do, they make your work more difficult. Things that could have been handled simply and smoothly become a complete mess after they interfere, and they still think your attitude toward work and your abilities are poor.
The salary and benefits are really good.
It’s one thing for the worksite to be dirty, but the frontline supervisor will hassle you for no reason, nitpick all day, and complain that you’re not quick enough even before you’ve started working.
