Read the community guidelines1. First, you fill out a résumé and a personal-traits questionnaire, which takes about 30 minutes, followed by an interview with HR and then an interview with the hiring manager.
2. The salary is good: NT$30,000+ position allowance, a fixed year-end bonus equivalent to three months’ salary, mid-year profit sharing, and an overseas employee trip every year.
