Read the community guidelinesYou develop strong stress resilience and good psychological fortitude, and you’re not afraid of any difficulties. You can relive the experience of life as a teenager.
You can bring your own lunchbox to steam your meal, but the plugs for the company’s appliances tend to be loose. Appliances in use often become unplugged for 【no apparent reason】.
However, there is a 7-Eleven nearby, so even if you can’t use the rice cooker, you can still eat your fill. 【When the boss is present】, the female colleagues inside are all friendly, easy to get along with, and kind. The biggest drawback is probably that it often feels like experiencing middle-school life or life at a traditional market. But it may also be that some of the more senior female colleagues are not good at interacting with others, resulting in rather impolite behavior and speech, or that they use some curious little actions to express their preferences toward new colleagues. If you have never experienced being bullied in your life, are a little expert at anti-bullying, or are adept at taking on a go-with-the-flow, seaweed-like personality, this company is actually highly recommended~~

The company’s internal culture is very poor and involves workplace bullying. The accounting and administration staff bully whoever they take a dislike to. Whether through verbal bullying or by abusing their work-related authority, they seize every opportunity to mistreat colleagues. I have even personally witnessed them secretly photographing other colleagues and then privately sharing the photos in their group chat, where they discussed them at length. It is extremely disturbing behavior. As a result, new employees seem to come and go one after another. If you want to survive at this company, it is best to join them, curry favor with them, and bully colleagues alongside them, because this is also tacitly permitted by the boss.
No overtime required
The company has a long-serving accounting and administrative employee who engages in covert bullying of colleagues and collectively encourages others to ostracize colleagues they dislike. Many people have already left because of this. The boss greatly favors the accounting employee, so even though they know about these situations, they continue to be very permissive.
