1. During the introduction and explanation of the position, it was very obvious that the three interviewers had not read my résumé at all. They repeatedly asked about things that were clearly stated in my résumé and kept asking whether I had the skills relevant to the job. (Uh, are you actually listening to what people are saying?
2. One of the older interviewers, who appeared to be the owner, asked why I had left my previous job. His attitude seemed more like he was digging for gossip and inside information. He kept probing and speculating about what might have been wrong with my former team. (Experienced job seekers know that criticizing a former company is a bad idea, so they usually handle the topic tactfully and gloss over it. This was the first time I had encountered an owner so intent on getting to the bottom of it—it really was a first...)
3. An interview is a two-way process of getting to know each other, but they did not let me introduce myself properly at all. They repeatedly interrupted the conversation, imposed their own shallow assumptions, and, in the end, did not introduce any information about how the company operates or anything else. They ended the interview hastily.
Overall, I can say that this was the worst interview experience I have ever had in my life. I was also quite surprised that a company with no proper systems could operate in such a way, and I am glad that I was able to judge during the interview that this company was a pitfall.
I have blocked this company and will definitely never spend any money on this platform. Losing a consumer during an interview—just think about it—is quite impressive in its own way, xd
