Pros
The office is located in a prime area with a great view.
Cons
Although they say on the surface that people with no experience can learn, after actually taking on the work, I found that they only want people who can hit the ground running. Projects often have very tight deadlines, and under such schedules, managers and colleagues frequently have strong emotions. You really need to be mentally prepared.
