It depends on the position you apply for, but when you first join, the most you can get is 24–30. (At the top end, it’s probably 32–38; everything beyond that depends on overtime and the year-end bonus.)
Every day, you’re basically just like an operator.
There is no break time from 10:00 to 15:00 (you take a break whenever you feel like it).
There is a lunch subsidy; otherwise, money is deducted for the company-provided meal. From 17:00 to 17:30, you are forced to take a half-hour break.
You have to work overtime almost every day (they directly make you work until 20:00). If you don’t work overtime, your team leader or supervisor will complain and give you a hard time.
They’ll pressure you to come in on Saturdays. Although the employees there are very submissive and will show up automatically, the overtime pay is calculated using their own multiplier.
At the time, for three hours of overtime, the rate was only 1.5—not 1.66.
There are many foreign workers, and they all act very arrogantly, so don’t expect to be able to ask them about anything.
If the tools aren’t suitable, they won’t help you find a solution either. (They’ll say you can report it and they’ll help buy one, but it won’t be purchased and given to you immediately—you still have to wait for a budget to be drawn up...) At the time, I even had to bring my own tools to work at the company....
It depends on what the position involves. At the time, that position had three supervisors, and asking all three would get you three different answers....
