Read the community guidelinesThe company does not have security guards, so you have to find someone yourself to ask about the interview location and related questions. The factory has a somewhat old-fashioned feel. I applied for the packaging operator position. The work environment has a strong smell of rust-preventive oil. There is air conditioning, but the air it blows out also smells of oil, so you have to overcome that yourself. The salary is higher than that of typical traditional manufacturing jobs, but you need to cooperate with the company’s regular overtime and overtime during consecutive national-holiday periods. The section manager spoke somewhat quietly during the interview, so I had to listen very carefully, but their attitude was quite good.
Are you able to work regular overtime every day and consecutive overtime during national holidays? Maybe…(?)
Those who need money or want to earn money in a short period can give it a try. It will definitely leave your wallet full. According to what the section manager said, I did a rough calculation myself, and the monthly overtime hours are at least more than 72 hours. The other people there also seemed to have been working for a long time. The company subsidizes lunch: you pay NT$20 for the meal and the company covers the rest, which is pretty good. Other benefits are provided according to company regulations.
