A growing company where people with marketing talent can advance easily.
The team is young and flexible, with abundant creativity.
The following applies to office workers:
1. Turnover among entry-level office staff is high. Employees with more than two years of tenure are considered top-level managers, and some managers abuse their authority.
2. There are many rules, but they are used only to regulate non-managerial employees. Basically, managers are not constrained by them. Even when managers clearly make mistakes, the matter will be covered up. In most cases, decisions are made by individuals rather than according to the rule of law.
3. The business is service-oriented rather than manufacturing-oriented, so employees changing jobs from traditional manufacturing companies may experience a noticeable adjustment period.
4. New employees must undergo more than a year of ideological training. About 90% of email content must be approved by a manager before it can be sent, and 70% of email content will be required to be revised into the “professional version recommended by the company.” Basically, new hires do not really need to use their own judgment.
5. The company has many written SOPs, but they often contradict one another. In practice, the supervisor’s subjective decision is generally what counts.
6. Although the company keeps promoting OKRs, the office atmosphere is cold and indifferent, and the staff are broadly divided into two groups—managers and everyone else.
7. Differences of opinion with supervisors can be discussed, but one-sided “communication” happens more often. Insufficient seniority is equated with insufficient professional knowledge.
8. There are more salespeople than available business, and inquiries are assigned by senior sales staff. Favoritism and protecting certain people occasionally occur, so do not be too surprised.
