Wastes job seekers’ time. As soon as you go in, they require you to take a three-hour practical test. The test involves coming up with a mascot and drawing a 3D exhibition booth design.
I’ve never seen an assignment with so many tasks. They make you start drawing as soon as you arrive, and once you finish, they tell you to leave.
They’re basically just trying to get free work, because there was no interview at all.
