Work assignments are extremely unclear. Whenever there is staff turnover, the job responsibilities change, and you simply have to accept it, with no room for discussion. Even after staffing is complete, they will use various reasons to make you continue doing work that was not part of what was agreed upon during the original interview. But whenever salary adjustments are brought up, senior management starts making excuses.
