Read the community guidelinesLeaving work on time; taking leave is easy.
A family business. The boss really likes listening to employees’ gossip—so much so that they spread other employees’ private matters everywhere and even make up stories. They are also very good at boasting.
There is no overtime pay; employees are forced to take compensatory leave.
The salary “includes” a 500-dollar full-attendance bonus. When you first join, as soon as you take leave, they deduct 500 dollars first and then deduct your leave.
There are surveillance cameras everywhere, as well as people acting as human surveillance cameras. If they take a dislike to you, the boss’s close associates will report you to the boss and make you look bad.
The company lays off employees as a matter of routine; it can lay off a whole bunch of employees it dislikes in a single year.
If you want to work seriously and do a good job, you can rule out this company. The boss only cares about gossip, rather than work performance and results.
You also have to work as a product packer all day. If you are busy with your own work and do not help out, you will be treated as an outsider.
There are no opportunities for promotion or pay raises.
Everyone there is part of the same family. As long as you are sufficiently obsequious, the boss will say that you are very diligent and hardworking, turning black into white and putting the cart before the horse. They cannot distinguish right from wrong, which is truly exasperating. Think carefully before coming here.
