Pros

The office has air conditioning and a water dispenser.

There are snacks for religious ceremonies.

Nothing else.

Cons

During the interview, they said overtime was only occasional.

After joining, I saw that everyone was working overtime day and night.

Leaving work on time makes you seem strange. (They also wonder why you can leave on time.)

But they keep saying that it’s fine to leave once you’ve finished your work! Yet often, when I had more or less finished my work around 3 p.m., something new would arrive at 3:30. So I have to ask: Is the efficiency you talk about all achieved through overtime?

Also, I don’t understand why overtime pay cannot be claimed. You keep saying how good the year-end bonus is, but if you don’t receive the year-end bonus, you end up getting nothing anyway.

As for meetings, there are meetings every day. Problems can easily arise between departments, but after spending all this time in meetings, will your execution work be efficient? Actually, no. Work that isn’t being done still gets dragged out indefinitely, and then they tell you that you have to work overtime because you’re under a responsibility-based work system 😅 I find it very strange too.

This is a company with very strange ideas and a very strange corporate culture. Anyone thinking of joining should not be fooled by the nice things the interviewers say! Be sure to ask for clarification about everything!

Pros

Basically, they more or less comply with the Labor Standards Act.

Cons

New hires start at the minimum salary. To put it nicely, they say salaries are increased every year.

But adding 200 or 300 a year still counts as a raise. The compensation and year-end bonuses for experienced employees and new hires aren't much different.

It's okay if you're a fresh graduate looking to gain some work experience, but if you're planning to stay long term, forget it.
