The lighting in the work environment is dim.
Overtime is required from Monday to Friday (2–3 hours).
They also expect you to work overtime on Saturdays and Sundays.
Working hours are 8:00–17:30 because there are two 15-minute breaks during the day.
If you want your life to consist of nothing but work, go for it.
There is also a performance bonus; he said it actually means an attendance bonus.
If you do not take any leave that month, the attendance bonus will be included in the calculation of overtime pay.
