Read the community guidelinesThe position interviewed for was Interior Designer. I had a very pleasant conversation with the interviewer. The company values creative and unique designs, which are reviewed by the director before proceeding. Once you join, you will essentially work completely independently. The company has project staff who handle on-site work, but designers need supervision experience and common sense to communicate by phone and answer questions raised on-site. Overtime is paid, and basically everyone trains themselves to work as quickly and intelligently as possible to reduce unnecessary time waste.
Unfortunately, I did not meet with the design director who makes the decisions.
