Cons

Position: Sales Assistant

1. Extremely high turnover

Four people left between May and August. The company has absolutely no regard for handovers, and new hires almost always take over with no handover at all. If your response to the boss does not suit them, they will immediately tell you to leave. Even when dismissing employees, the company will not provide a certificate of involuntary separation. This company completely disregards Taiwan's Labor Standards Act.

2. The company has no systems

Internal responsibilities are chaotic. If colleagues do not want to handle a task, they dump it on you; if they discover halfway through that it is troublesome, they dump it on you as well. It is often unclear who should be responsible for work assigned by the boss. To put it positively, in a small company everyone has to do everything; to put it bluntly, the workload is unlimited. There are no established workflows or managerial reviews. You are fully responsible for anything that goes out, and if there is a mistake, you can expect to be reprimanded. The company has no specific pricing formula; all quotations are made arbitrarily. If the boss thinks a quotation is too low, you can expect to be reprimanded.

3. Internal information is disorganized

The company does not use an ERP system. All information is filed using Office applications. Because the information has passed through too many people, everyone has their own filing method and location. Information for the same customer is scattered across various folders. Without a handover, simply looking for information can take half a day.

4. The boss has poor emotional management

Regardless of whether the matter is big or small, whenever the boss is in a bad mood, they may berate people under any circumstances. Even in group chats, the wording used in front of everyone is extremely rude. Most outrageously, the boss may directly swear at you using profanity. Even if you simply want to clarify something and explain it carefully, the boss will not patiently listen. In the end, they will launch into profanity and directly insult your parents.

5. Communication among internal employees is problematic

There is no connection between the office staff and field engineers. The engineers' daily schedules are not announced to the office staff, and the engineers do not know one another's schedules either. Often, they only find out that an engineer has already performed work for a customer after receiving a notification from the customer. Engineers frequently ask the office staff whether the work for a customer has already been carried out that month because they do not know one another's schedules, or ask which engineer should be assigned to a particular job. However, this is decided by the boss. Since the engineers do not like interacting with the boss, they often ask the office staff to inquire and relay the information to them.

Summary: This is simply a chaotic company. It is recommended that you do not waste your life and time on this company.
