There are quite a few older colleagues, but they are all very friendly.
Cons
The pace of work is relatively fast and busy.
There may occasionally be differences of opinion, as well as some rather strange people or those who shift blame.
Overall, they are in the minority; most people are friendly.
Each person needs to know quite a few things and have a range of skills—they need to be able to handle many different tasks.
