I do not recommend interviewing at this company.
Upon entering the company, the environment felt quite dim and greasy.
When I arrived on the second floor, the office staff did not seem very easy to get along with. Then two interviewers came in: one seemed to be the daughter of a wealthy family, and the other seemed to be from human resources. The HR representative’s tone was sharp from beginning to end, as if trying to put you on the spot. Finally, the wealthy heiress asked a question that seemed unrelated to the job function: “You have six months left to live. What would you most want to do?” This question is far too broad. Do they want to know whether employees will struggle for the company until the very last moment of their lives?
After learning everything they wanted to know, they did not introduce the company’s benefits or the future job responsibilities. They simply told me to wait for further news, and that the interview was over for the day.
This company really has an extremely arrogant attitude. I have professional expertise and experience, and I still would not choose to work for this kind of company. Don’t waste your time interviewing at a company like this. Perhaps getting hired would only be the beginning of the nightmare.
