Pros
Overall, the environment looks very comfortable.
Cons
They require professional skills yet offer only a basic salary. You have to clock in when you arrive, but leaving work is based on a responsibility system. They also require KPIs, make you complete a ton of tests, and conduct all kinds of background checks.
I don't know whether I'm here for a matchmaking session or to work.
