The company is full of long-serving employees and is very old-fashioned. Supervisors target people rather than the issues, constantly make subordinates take the blame, and refuse to listen to employees’ opinions.
The company’s old-guard veterans bully newcomers, using their various forms of power to oppress them, while the bosses and supervisors do nothing.
A terrible, deeply ingrained company culture and bad habits. The company allows the old-guard veterans to abuse their power. All I can say is that joining this company means preparing to take on lousy assignments, haha.
Average. The company environment is acceptable.
Traditional industry. Overall, the company culture feels very traditional, conservative, and lifeless. The manager who conducted the interview was quite old, and during the conversation, I felt that they would not be easy to get along with. Young people probably would not stay long and would find it very boring. The base salary is very low. Basically, I do not recommend it.
