The interview was scheduled for 10:00 a.m. When I arrived at 9:50 and rang the doorbell, no one answered. Someone did not open the door until 10:10. At first, there was no form, so they told me to write on a blank sheet of paper. After they found the form, they made me write it all over again.
The interview did not include any technical questions; instead, they relentlessly questioned me about my personal background and even said that if I did not clearly disclose all my work experience, they could find it out anyway. Are interviewers really that powerful nowadays?
In the middle of it, they kept talking on the phone and drinking coffee. At the end, they even asked me to provide my ID card to verify the information on the form. Fortunately, I had left some things fake and had not filled everything out.
Were they conducting an interview or trying to scam me out of my personal information?
When I refused to provide my ID card, they told me to leave.
