Leaving work on time; suitable for waiting until retirement.
Cons
The company is closed-minded, and the boss is dictatorial. Although he appears to treat employees well, in reality he is extremely stingy with pay. Salaries are determined by the boss’s mood rather than employees’ abilities. He also only plays the sympathy card, claiming that price competition means there is no profit—then buys a villa the following month. Not suitable for people who want to make money.
