Read the community guidelinesThe work atmosphere is pretty okay, colleagues love chatting, sunlight streaming into the office makes it very comfortable, and small activities are held regularly.
1. Information is closed off and does not circulate at all. The company does not provide individual email accounts and is still using a DOS-based system. Externally, communication is limited to phone calls or personal messaging apps; internally, administrative announcements require joining multiple seemingly similar groups for communication. Policies change constantly and no separate announcement is made when they do, making it impossible for frontline employees to carry them out proactively.
2. There are problems with the financial staff’s account reconciliation. Inquiries receive no follow-up, and employees are blocked from directly requesting information from the accountant. It is impossible to obtain the key information needed to prepare financial statements.
3. There is no performance appraisal system. Salaries are kept as low as possible, depending on the boss’s mood.
4. Employees have low motivation, for the reasons stated above.
